1. Purpose of the Offer<\/strong>
This article defines the promotional offer named “Happy Welcome”, granting a 20% discount on the first two invoices for parcel delivery services performed in mainland France, either to a home address or a pick-up point, in accordance with the conditions outlined below.<\/p>\n2. Eligibility Criteria<\/strong>
To benefit from the “Happy Welcome” offer, the Customer must sign a new Essential Offer Agreement with a minimum commitment of more than 5,000 parcels per year.<\/p>\n3. Discount Application Conditions<\/strong>
The 20% discount will be applied under the following conditions:<\/p>\na<\/strong> \u2013 The discount will be calculated\/applied exclusively on the excluding VAT revenue, excluding collection, optional services, and surcharges, invoiced under the Essential Offer Agreement for services provided up to the first 2,000 parcels shipped.<\/p>\nb<\/strong> \u2013 The discount will be applied to the first two monthly invoices issued after the Agreement comes into effect.<\/p>\nc<\/strong> \u2013 The discount will be credited in the form of a voucher, the amount of which may be deducted from a subsequent invoice payment.<\/p>\n4. Offer Validity Period<\/strong>
The offer is valid until 31\/05\/2025, and any new contract signed after this date will not be eligible for the offer.<\/p>\n5. Exclusions<\/strong>
The “Happy Welcome” offer cannot be combined with other ongoing promotional offers or discounts, unless expressly stated otherwise in the Agreement.<\/p>\n6. Reservations<\/strong>
