Surcharge carburant

Le coefficient d’ajustement pétrole (« CAP ») est une surcharge de carburant révisée mensuellement, indexée sur le cours du gazole pour le transport routier.
Ce barème officiel étant publié avec deux mois de décalage, la surcharge applicable un mois M donné, correspond de ce fait au barème du mois M-2.
Le CAP routier se base sur l’indice du Comité National Routier (CNR) « gazole professionnel – base décembre 2000 », publié mensuellement sur le site suivant :www.cnr.fr.
